The details of the importance parts and features are as follows:
a) Skid bars: These are polypropylene strips fitted to the back of the pullmans to afford protection to the wide back section.
b) Cabin baggage / Check-in sizes: This applies to the cases that are allowed on board as cabin luggage and can be stowed on the aircraft or need to be checked in ...Most airlines allow up to 20 as cabin baggage and all bigger luggage must be checked in.
c) Nylon zips:These are self repairing. If the teeth come a part, simply zip the slider through the open section and the teeth interlock again.
d) Laundry section: A separate section situated in the lid of the case to house all your used clothing.
e) Roller blade wheels: These are recessed into the bottom of the case and encased inside polypropylene housing to protect them from being knocked off. They are made from very high grade PVC which will ensure years of use.

A series of quality tests have been performed on our milestone range of luggage handling during your journey. Details of some of the test are as follows:
a) Jolt test (for the handles): The handle strength was tested by dropping the case from 2 meters, with a chord through the handle and then pulling in up short. Resultant jolting did not pull the handle loose.
b) Wheel test: To check the rotation and durability of the wheels, bags were subjected to a 5 km linear motion run. There was no deterioration.
c) Seam test: The stitched seams were tested by putting 90 kgs on and off the case 10 times on both lid and the base. There was no give in the stitching.
d) Zip test: Zips ware tested by opening and closing it several times vigorously through special machines. The teeth did not dislodge and after rigorous tugging, the zip still functioned normally.
