What is the hard anodizing?:- Hard anodizing changes the porous surface of aluminium to be non-porous and smooth like glass. Hard anodizing is not a coating. Hard anodizing is partly an electric process and partly a chemical process. It smoothens the surface of the aluminium. It make the product harder and more scratch resistant than stainless steel. It does not in any case affect or harm any food ingredient.
